Kickoff Meeting will be taking place on Saturday, September 21st at 11:30am. We'll be reviewing everyone's goals and then taking "before" measurements for strength, balance and flexibility! RSVP HERE.
If you can't make it to the Kickoff Meeting, please schedule a fitness assessment with Amy Lang before September 23, 2019, when the Challenge officially starts.
