AND Nothing could have been further from the truth!
So, if what I’m about to tell you is something you’re hearing for the first time, I can only imagine how much time and energy you’ve already wasted!
In the U.S., over 80% of people who lose weight will regain the weight within five years.
What's worse, 95% of the people who go on diets aren't able to stay on the them and keep the weight off.
So here’s the $64,000 question…
Because seeing is believing.
So many people keep trying because we see the hand-picked and celebrity "proof" that these programs work. They want us to believe if we just followed their programs correctly, they would work.
And we want to believe it too.
But could you imagine an airline claiming it was safe to fly if their failure rate was 95%?!?!
These programs trigger states of scarcity and deprivation.
And because of this INHERENT FLAW in their strategy, what is required to succeed is unsustainable.
Seriously, who wants to track the point values of the foods they eat for the REST OF THEIR LIFE? Of course weight loss is hard if this is the strategy!
Have you noticed what happens when you tell a teenager they can't do something or have something?
They just want it more, right?
Well, what do avoiding carbs, saving points, counting calories, and portion control have in common?
Restriction.
And what happens when you focus on restriction?
You will trigger a state of scarcity and everything in the "restricted zone" is a temptation.
Under these conditions, when food is plentiful, you will eventually run out of willpower.
And when you eventually give into temptation, how do feel afterwards? Guilty, right? Like you've done something wrong.
So... if your original intent was to lose weight so you can feel better and be healthier...
Are your actions and feelings aligned with your original intent?
WHAT IF you could ditch all the diet rules, confidently create self-care habits for a healthy lifestyle, and make lasting weight loss easy and inevitable?
As a matter of fact, you probably already know some of the self-care habits that are good for you – which would really make a difference in your life.
You just don't know how to make them stick...YET.

When I figured out how to do this, it was a true game changer because it is so simple yet profound.
And now I want to share this "secret formula" with YOU.
You must have the RIGHT STRATEGY when creating your plan, so you have the clarity and confidence to get you where you want to go. With the wrong strategy, it doesn't matter how well you execute and implement your plan - and again, dieting is a flawed strategy.
You must have a SYSTEM in place so you can make steady progress in the right direction. This is all about having the structures, processes and tools that make taking action as easy as possible.
You must have SUPPORT to remind you that you are not alone, to help you troubleshoot when plan A doesn't work, to cheer you on when plan B does.
