Yes, Amy! I want to work one-on-one with you inside Moxie Club. I understand that you will use this application and the Initial Consultation to select the ideal group of like-minded professionals who are committed to their health and well-being.
I understand I will be charged a REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 to demonstrate my commitment and reserve my place in the Masters Program, and that you will let me know within seven (7) business days of the Initial Consultation whether I’ve been selected.
I understand that if accepted, my deposit today of $500 will serve as my initial payment and my next payment will take place on the day my application is accepted, and if I am not accepted, this deposit will be immediately refunded.
