Here are some of the healthy habits we'll be exploring – It's completely up to you as to which ones you want to incorporate into your life.

  • NUTRITION Eat nutritious, healthy foods. 
    • Five servings of fruits and vegetables 
    • Two servings of protein 
    • Mindful eating like chewing 30 times, putting your eating utensil down and eating at a table, not at your desk
  • MOVEMENT Be active 30 minutes a day.  We recommend the following:
    • Cardio 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week
    • Strength training 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week
    • Stretching 10-15 minutes, daily
  • SLEEP Sleep for a duration you select, one that leaves you feeling rested
