How It Works

Step 1: Identify Your Compelling WHY

During your Initial Consultation, we'll identify your compelling why, the key to creating unbreakable motivation

Step 2: Develop Your Customized Plan

The Joyful Eating framework is built on four pillars: Nourish, Trust, Gratitude, and Love.

Using the Joyful Eating framework, we'll identify the specific habits and practices you'll want to focus on.

Step 3: Uncover Your Limiting Beliefs

During your private and group coaching sessions, we'll help you uncover and let go of limiting beliefs that have been sabotaging your efforts and keeping you from achieving your goals.

Step 4: Create Your First Habit Win

Using the Easy and Inevitable method, you'll learn how to create habits by design. We'll start with one of the Fundamental Five, which include:

7-9 hours of 😴 sleep

1/2 your body weight in ounces of 💧 water

5 servings of 🥦 🍊 veggies and fruit

eating until your comfortably full (+4 on the hunger scale)

30 minutes of mindful 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏋️‍♀️ movement

Step 5: Practice TLC and Build Momentum

Using the 4-Step TLC Reframing Method, you'll have the key to managing your mind and aligning your actions with your long-term goals.
