How to Complete Redemption

  1. Enter the 6-digit redemption code found in the middle of your voucher into the "Coupon Code" field and click on "Apply"
  2. Enter your name, email and create a password to set up your FitX account.
  3. Proceed with checkout.

How to Find Your Redemption Code from the Mobile App:

  1. Find your voucher and select "View Voucher".
  2. Copy the code listed under "VOUCHER". This is your redemption and coupon code.

How to Find Your Redemption Code from a Computer:

  1. Find your voucher and select "View Voucher".
  2. Copy the code listed under "Redemption Code". This is your redemption and coupon code.
