Stretching Feels So Good

 

Today is about showing our one and only body how thankful we are for the ability to take us to all the places we want to go.

Here's a video that you can follow along with some simple stretches.

 

After stretching, spend a few moments thinking about what a marvelous movement machine we inhabit.  Let's be thankful that most of the time we can take for granted what it does for us every day.
