Meditate on Your Joy

 

Today is about finding your bliss with a short meditation. This mindful reward is a great way to calm your mind and improve your focus.

HOW IT WORKS

Every day for the next 5 days, I’ll be sending you a daily email to help you create new healthy habits to move more, calm and focus your mind, stay hydrated, nourish your body and connect with others.

Try the habit catalyst.  Once you find one you like, use the version I described or create a version of your own and keep doing it every day for the next 14 days.

By meditating on your joy, you are more likely to move your mind to a state of abundance and it is from this place that you will make far better decisions.
