The COVID-19 pandemic's impact on mental health has clearly become a crisis within a crisis.  Between the isolation that results from social distancing measures, fear of contagion, loss of family members and the compounding distress caused by loss of income and often employment, we want to provide our listeners with information that they can use to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
