When it comes to stretching, how often do you do it? Is it once a day, once a week, don't believe in stretching?
Well, if you suffer from low back pain, if you have trouble sleeping, if you want to improve your golf game or your tennis game, or even running, if you want to avoid plantar fasciitis, as an example, you need to take up stretching, and in today's podcast, I'm going to go through exactly why that's the case.
