#133: Triggering New Self-Care Habits

How often are you triggered and are those triggers leading you to take cactions that align with your long-term goals? 

Or are they routines and behaviors that are actually moving you further away from those goals?

Well, I spent the past week dog sitting my sister's new puppy, Kona. (In case you're wondering, she's a Cavapoo.)

Of course, puppy training is all about understanding triggers and creating new habits.

So in this episode, I'm walking through the five different kinds of triggers that you have (as a human) and how you can use triggers to put in place new habits, as well as change your environment to create the wonderful self-care habits that make lasting weight loss inevitable.
