In order to be able to thrive and be happy in life, creating healthy boundaries is essential. Otherwise, people will encroach… whether it’s well-meaning individuals or social media influencers telling you who you are and what you should be doing.

In today's episode, I discuss what I mean by healthy boundaries and why I believe it’s so important to have them… in your personal and professional life, recognizing when you may be dealing with a boundary issue, and of course, what boundaries have to do with lasting weight loss.
