Using the Stages of Change model by James Prochaska and Carlo DiClemente, if you’re asking the question, “How do you know when you’re ready?” it's likely you are trying to figure out how to progress to the Action stage.

In today's episode, I talk about the six stages of change discussed in the book, "Changing For Good," how to create the tension needed to motivate and what you need to let go of in order to lose weight for good.
