The comparison game is at the root of so many of our body image issues. Do you catch yourself seeing someone who looks great… and feel less than? And then look for someone in worse shape to feel better about yourself?
It's vitally important to know that this thought process is based on shame, and this is why it’s so important to focus on running your own race.
