When it comes to dementia and, specifically, Alzheimer's disease as well as cancer stroke, heart attacks and diabetes insufficient sleep has actually been identified as a key lifestyle factor in determining whether or not you'll develop the disease.

Why?  Because when you're sleep deprived, every major system tissue and organ in your body suffers. And in today's episode, I'm going to help you understand how it is that lack of sleep increases our risk of developing these diseases.
